The following is a brief process outline.

Once I receive your request I will review it. If your request is approved, you’ll receive a Discord Invite to a private channel that will be used to communicate about your project and conduct calls.

The Discord Channel will be used to keep track of reference material, your commission agreement, and you may use the channel to conduct repeat business if you like.

You will receive a Commission Proposal that will include the following information:

Deliverables
Project Quote Total in USD
Payment Schedule
How long the Proposal is valid
How we will communicate regarding your project
Whether Feedback and Approvals will be required for your project, and how they must be handled
Project Start and Project Time Frame
How Project Changes are to be handled
How Default and Project Termination are to be handled
Other Important Legal Considerations

You must sign off on the Proposal and you must pay the Project Quote Total in full in order to retain services.

Toonstop retains the right to refuse service for any reason.

Requests for the following content will be immediately rejected:
"Adult" content of any kind
Fetish as the subject material
Gross or excessively crude content
